For Services provided, Seller provides a limited warranty of two year/2000 hours of use, whichever occurs first, from defects in the Services’ workmanship. Purchaser’s exclusive remedy for breach of this limited warranty is re-performance of the Services. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS, WHICH ARE PROVIDED TO PURCHASER “AS IS”. Seller will assign to Purchaser any written warranties of any Product manufacturers, to the extent assignable.
